Buildright Ltd has been involved in a variety of new construction projects within the education and healthcare sectors. Including Mental health adaptions for Bexley council. We also built a substantial new wing of classrooms at Penwortham Primary School Streatham. Our portfolio includes the new build developments of shelyered housing units and a concierge building in Wembley north London. And refurbishment of several Creche facilities in Tower Hamlets. This formed part of the Surestart Scheme. We have work for most major contractors and appeared on the top ten major contractors approved contractors list. We have managed and delivered for major Construction Companies jobs all over london and south east. Also local authorities consistantly ensuring the highest industry standards at all times.
Buildright Ltd commenced trading in 1990 and has since delivered a wide range of projects for local authorities including Lambeth, Islington, and Camden Councils. Our early work included void refurbishments and legal contracts, encompassing underpinning works and flat conversions.
We later expanded into social housing projects, successfully completing 1,330 kitchen installations and 942 bathroom installations for Wates between 2003 and 2007. The programme was delivered six months ahead of schedule, achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) scores of 93%.
Today, Buildright Ltd focuses primarily on residential and domestic projects, while continuing to undertake selected commercial works, including Sure Start schemes and local authority projects. Over the years, we have built strong, reliable teams, with many of our trusted subcontractors working with us since the company’s early days.
