Buildright Ltd is led by David Williams, a construction professional with more than 38 years of experience delivering refurbishment, planned maintenance, regeneration and construction projects across the residential sector.

David’s experience includes the management of major planned works programmes, refurbishment contracts, emergency maintenance services, structural alterations, roofing works and general construction projects.

A notable achievement was the successful delivery of a £7 million plus VAT PFI-funded regeneration contract at the Whitley Estate in Reading undertaken for Wates.

The programme included:

Operating within a challenging urban environment, David was responsible for both planned works delivery and emergency response services, including securing properties following vandalism, forced entry incidents and damage to doors and windows.
