David and DTK completed a large housing PFI refurbishment scheme at Whitley Estates Reading involving changing 1330 kitchens and 930 bathrooms. The work was completed 6 months ahead of schedule and on budget. I look mforwward to working with him again in the future. His companies overall performance was excellant with key performance indicator (KPIs) scores of 93%.
